Time is very crucial to everyone. Yet, it measures fairly even with us. Whatever you do could seem to be based on the time limit itself. Also, it determines how fast do you work on something. According to physics, time is unchanging and it has progressed from past to present to future.
Time management is the only way to do everything in a day. If you had this process, you can easily overcome the things that you do continuously. Balancing your time is somewhat hard for others because of time conflicts or even in the working days.

Take a Bath
Often taking a bath at 6 am can get some dirt or bacteria in your skin or hair.
Exercising and Skipping Multivitamins
Exercising before breakfast at 7 am can boost your energy level and can efficiently make your weight loss. Also, taking vitamins won’t help you if you didn’t eat right.
Having breakfast at 8 am is good. It is better to eat food in breakfast that has protein, fiber, and also healthy fats. Skipping breakfast is fine.
Take a Break
Take a break around 9 am. At this time, staying hydrated is a must. You need to get enough value of water to avoid headaches or fatigue.
You can get the cortisol level within 8 am or 9 am. Research says that you can be resisting caffeine until several hours after.
Having lunch at 12 pm is good. Research says that avoiding food with heavy carbs like pizza or bread is great for your health.
Sitting all day is very horrible. Research suggests that moving around at least once an hour is good. You can do this around 1 pm if you have nothing to do. Drinking coffee around 2 or 3 cups per day is not good for adults.
Have a Snack
At 3 pm is the best time to have snacks. Avoid eating snacks from vending machines like homemade food, fruits, nuts, etc,…
Skip Doing Sports
At 5 pm, avoid playing sports. It can give you negative outcomes if you do this like cancer.
Eating dinner at 7 pm is good. Eating dinner earlier in the evening is also good for the health. Eating food with high fiber and low saturated fat can help you fall asleep easier at night.
Stop using phones 30 minutes before going to sleep. Experts say that using blue light screens can catch exposition of the melatonin. You can do this at 9:30 pm and sleeps at 10 pm
