From Virtual Reality to Actual Reality: Watch This Touching VR Proposal Unfold
Everybody wants to be able to design the perfect marriage proposal for their beloved, but what if you could actually design every aspect of it, from the season and the place to the weather and the time of day? What if you could manipulate it all to be exactly the way you wanted it? Well, that’s what Alex did for his girlfriend Kelly when he came to company Zero Latency and asked them to help him design a virtual reality proposal.
Kelly didn’t suspect a thing: The couple was in the middle of a fun, VR gaming experience when suddenly they came across a place that looked very familiar to Kelly — her grandparents’ house. This was the place she had often described as her “happy place,” which Alex did very well to remember. Alex began the proposal in the virtual world, but Kelly, eager to see her boyfriend’s actual face, instead of just his VR avatar’s, asked in the middle if they could take off the masks. After they did, to her surprise, she was greeted by friends and family standing around them with champagne glasses, ready to toast to their love (as long as her answer was favorable).
