SEE IT: Dad Builds Amazing 500-Foot-Long Roller Coaster in Backyard
Oh, your neighbors have a pool? How cute. We bet they don’t have their own backyard roller coaster.
Meet Will Pemble, the CEO of Goal Boss – “an innovative executive coaching certification and leadership consulting firm,” according to Pemble’s LinkedIn profile – and a self-described “roller coaster enthusiast.” After Pemble’s son came back from a trip to a local Six Flags amusement park, the youngster had the idea to build a roller coaster in the family’s backyard. What started out as a joke turned into an exciting project for dad.
Pemble began to put the idea into motion, building 500 feet of curving, winding, looping track over the family’s lawn. The backyard roller coaster can reach up to 25 miles per hour. If that wasn’t enough, Pemble also added some pyrotechnics along the ride in the form of flame explosions. Judging by the son’s reaction, it looks like they’re having a blast in their home amusement park.
