Covid-19 is undeniably the most main problem that people around the world face each day. People are uncertain to go outside their houses due to the unseen enemy (the virus). So if we cannot see the enemy, the harder it is to fight against it.
Before, people just ignored when they had a cough, fever, and cold. Today, people are more worried if they have they have these symptoms. Because they all know that will definitely lead to Covid.
On the other hand, most people today are just complacent because they’re fully vaccinated. They thought that things will go back to the way it seems when we have their vaccines. What they haven’t put in mind is the possibility of making things worse.

- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Headache
- Congestion or runny nose
- Sore throat
- Cough
- Fatigue, or muscle and body aches
- Nausea
- Diarrhea
CDC emphasizes that these symptoms might occur between two to 14 days after someone is infected.

First of all, YES, Covid Fatigue is real. Experts define it as battle fatigue that affects people’s reactions when they feel empty and hopeless. Having this notion will lead to them having a pessimistic view of life and just giving up.
According to experts, this problem is very common to people aged 70 years old and up who lose their loved ones and have their anxiety about getting older. Others feel alone and lonely because they cannot be with their children and grandchildren. Many of them stated that their golden years are no longer golden due to the pandemic.
Expert says that this issue is serious. Older people have already suffered separation anxiety ever since the pandemic has started. They cannot even have physical contact with their loved ones due to the restrictions.
So if you think that this problem is just simple. Well, it isn’t. It is not easy to be far from your loved ones for a very long time. People should not take this for granted. It might be the cause of losing the ones that matter to us.
